162 is only on Turn 3 and most games are taking until 4 for region control with the exploratory format.
By the way, turn 3 nobody bid for the High Council seat. Ouch.

I'm in the process of reviewing the old database for any deaths (emissary, group leaders, and/or wizards) and will manually adjust your kingdom appropriately if needed. Turn 11 will not be re-run and I'll email you the change(s).
