Oh, me too. I am just trying to psyche out the Sorceror and not tell him about my 3 power 8 wizards. Oh wait. Is this public?

Some players have sent me emails about the various capital notifications on their turns and whether it provides too much information (as in only agents should provide this info). The software is working by design and with Ry Vor's request on the matter.

You'll receive automatic notification of another's capital if your emissary is located there (even if the capital was relocated with 355 or by conquest since the check is done at the end of the turn), if your group moves over a capital (it'll say so in the same sentence), and in the Encounters of Note section if your group finishes movement on a pc that's also a capital.

This applies for all games on the new platform (32, 166, 300).

Is the check done twice in the other game engine?

Is seems like you get a report of arriving at a capitol around 350 and then it will also report if you are currently at a capitol by stating it next to the emissary location.

Will agents 976 also say if it is a capital? Will agents in the new engine start reporting owner and region like older version?

groups detecting capitals during a move not just from landing on them seems a step in the other direction from trying to remove capitals falling so quickly. Will groups also report owners as they pass over the PCs?

976 won't display if capital but will show owner (including neutral/human) as well as the region the pc belongs to. Groups passing over pc's will also show ownership.

This morning I was able to add the official pc combat algorithm to the new software. I don't have the flavor text yet so some pc battle reports will end abruptly but be assured that the 14 combat phases of pc battles are being handled properly with their official values.

Demon Princes here. Just want to thank the Paladin for throwing himself upon my capitol's embattlements last turn Smile My city really ripped him up. Should have known better to attack a capital with an invisible patrol of wizards guarding it. Knocking off your warlord and general before the battle was the difference I guess. At least now I don't have to worry about losing any more of my territory to the once and mighty Paladin. Evil rules once again!!

What is going on in Amberland and the Eastern Steppes?  Is there some war going on that I normally could care less about until there occur near my boarders? I see 2 kingdoms have finally seen the wisdom to hire some Dwarven engineers.  In closing, I will be expecting all debts that are owed to Dwarf Inc. to be paid on soon before my hired debt collectors have to come a calling.

Can't say about the Steppes but the PA/WA invaded my territory so my entourage took some liberty in taking over a few Amberland pc's as compensation. We'll see who the population prefers to rule them...
