On the Valhalla thread, we posted that dropping your first game before turn 12 means your persona will be classified as Outcast, rather than the honor-retaining Citizen. Don't let a bad turn change your reputation.
We now have our first five players in the first Epic game, so all are at Commander Level Service or higher. That means that we also have players with Stand By capacity.
A player who misses two consecutive turns will be dropped, and replaced with a standby player taking over the kingdom. To my knowledge thus far, no one has missed a turn. But if that does occur, a standby helps ensure that the game doesn't become unbalanced.
